Kitchen extension in custom-built container
The location was too small to undertake an extension of the building, and they would be forced to buy food prepared by an external company as long as the rebuilding progressed, leading to additional costs. They were in need of a perfect solution.
In collaboration with DC-Supply A/S – Danish Container Supply, they were supplied with a kitchen module, which was built together with the existing building. DC-Supply A/S often produces custom orders in stainless steel. This includes mobile kitchens for many summer music festivals, which is why they had the experience needed for creating an optimal and financially sustainable solution for household, cleaning, and maintenance.
A mobile kitchen is typically integrated into a single standard ISO container, and can serve between 150 and 250 people depending on the fixtures.
