Mobile classrooms ready for the world
A global company needs to be flexible in order to meet all the challenges that may occur. When Vestas was lacking the facilities needed for training and education of their technicians worldwide, there was a need to consider alternative solutions. The solution had to be mobile to minimise the costs, and to allow it to be easily transported between different locations.
DC-Supply A/S – Danish Container Supply delivered a complete, ready-to-use, modular, mobile workshop for training and educating of Vestas’ technicians worldwide. The workshops were placed mostly in China and Australia.
The idea was to build 3 x 40ft containers. The containers were connected in series into a single unit. These facilities helped Vestas provide the necessary conditions for development of their employees’ skills.
